General Terms of EssaysProfessors.com and Customer Agreement

The terms and conditions that here follow constitute the agreement between EssaysProfessors.com and customers who access the EssaysProfessors.com website.  A customer shall be defined as anyone who accesses any content of the EssaysProfessors.com website and/or who orders any services or products from EssaysProfessors.com.

A customer of EssaysProfessors.com shall, by virtue of the use of any content, services, or products, agrees to all terms and conditions contained herein.  It is further the responsibility of each customer to thoroughly read and understand the terms of this agreement. 

Each customer is solely responsible for adherence to the terms of this agreement and to any other rules, regulations and guidelines contained on the EssaysProfessors.com website. 

The terms of this agreement may be revised at the discretion of EssaysProfessors.com, and, in this event, said changes shall be posted on the website and/or sent to customers via email notification.  Said changes become immediately binding upon all customers.

Customer Use of Products

The customer is to use any product, either accessed or ordered as a customized work, as a model of his or her own work of the same nature.  Any product provided by EssaysProfessors.com to a customer is not to be submitted by that customer to anyone or to any entity as his or her own.  All products are the property of EssaysProfessors.com and are therefore protected by current copyright laws and intellectual property rights.  The products are to be used for informational purposes, and any part of a product cannot be utilized without appropriate reference being given.  As well, the customer agrees that there shall be no use of EssaysProfessors.com products for commercial purposes and that, use of product for commercial purposes may subject the customer to legal action.  Plagiarism and cheating are not condoned by EssaysProfessors.com.

Indemnification

EssaysProfessors.com is not responsible for the liability incurred by any customer for use of its products and services.  The customer agrees to defend and hold harmless EssaysProfessors.com from any liability, costs, fines, attorney fees, judgments, or any other actions taken as a result of customer use of EssaysProfessors.com services or purchase of EssaysProfessors.com products.

Communication

Communication between EssaysProfessors.com and the customer shall occur in two ways.  General notices shall be posted on the EssaysProfessors.com website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand these.  Individual communication between a customer and EssaysProfessors.com shall occur via email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a working email address with each order.

Termination of Use/Order

EssaysProfessors.com may, at its discretion, cancel any order.  If this should occur, EssaysProfessors.com shall notify the customer of said termination and provide that customer with a full refund of any payment made.    

Conditions of Revision and Refund

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide all instructions when a product is ordered.  EssaysProfessors.com shall follow those instructions in the creation of product for the customer.  If, once the product is finished, any original instructions have not been followed, EssaysProfessors.com shall revise and re-write as necessary, without additional charge to the customer.  The customer may not, however, alter the original instructions once the product has been delivered to that customer, without incurring additional charges.  If the customer believes that instructions have not been followed, he or she is responsible for contacting EssaysProfessors.com within 48 hours of product receipt.  If the customer does not contact EssaysProfessors.com, the sale will be considered final and no further revisions will be made without additional cost to the customer.

Entire Agreement

This agreement, along with any rules posted on the site of EssaysProfessors.com shall be deemed to constitute the total agreement between the customer and EssaysProfessors.com.
