The master is an obrazovatelno-qualifying level of the expert which on the basis of qualification of the bachelor or the expert has received profound special skills and knowledge of innovative character, has a certain experience of their application for the decision of professional problem problems in certain area. The master should own wider erudition, fundamental scientific base, own methodology of scientific creativity, modern information technologies, methods of reception, processing, storage and use of the scientific information, to be capable to fruitful research and scientific and pedagogical activity.
